FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase required.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Pre-Order Note: All pre-orders placed before April 19, 2026, will ship the week of April 19, 2026. Pre-order customers are the first to receive their supply. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.
- United States: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing (for Canadian orders).
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size. The carrier is selected at the time of fulfillment to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by Canada's customs authority. MyVitaHue is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during customs processing.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reship the order at no additional cost. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
